Healthy Habits for Life

We all know what we should be doing to be healthy – eat less of the bad things, eat more of the good things, move more.  If you are a smoker or a vaper you probably know it’s not good for you.  If you have decided that you want to change any of these habits, then clinical hypnotherapy can be a supportive confident approach that assumes you have the resources within you to make these changes happen.  Using hypnosis, we help you access those resources and give you a picture of the future that has only one reality – you have the healthy lifestyle that you want – you are a non-smoker, non-vaper or whatever that future looks like for.

 

All you need is the commitment to really want to make the change, from there we use clinical hypnosis to help you turn that commitment into lasting behaviour change. 

 

Throughout the process we will explore how the brain works and how we can harness its power to keep us healthy and thriving.  Clients tell me over and over again that understanding their own brain gives them a greater sense of control and confidence, allows them to ‘make sense’ of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and access strategies for change.
